This is a very tasty Maharastrian snack. My nephew loves these. Have always store bought them for him but this time had made it myself. It came out so crispy and delicious. Wanted to share the recipe immediately with you all.

I have made an easy to understand collage of the recipe. For two cups of besan(gram flour), I have used one cup of atta.
To seal the roll ,you can add few drops of water to bind and seal. Also in the stuffing, you can add a spoon of BESAN/atta mixture so that when the wadis are fried,the filling doesn't come out. 

Easy, isn't it?
