FRENCH FRIES

Hi SUPERMOMS,

I am going to share the recipe of the basic FRENCH FRIES... I know what you are thinking! 

I should have posted this earlier than the HONEY CHILLI POTATOES recipe....right?

It is so much healthier to make French fries at home rather than buying the frozen ones....and so easy to make too! You have to trust me on this one....my kids have validated the taste...you can be sure to try! 

And after reading this one, you are surely going to be tempted to try it immediately!





You are just three steps away from crispy fries....all what you need is 

1. Potatoes (washed,peeled and diced in the shape of fries)
2. 2 tbsp of cornflour

3. Salt

4. pepper



STEP 1:



Wash and cut the potatoes


STEP 2:




Toss them in cornflour. The moisture in potatoes will help the cornflour to stick to the potatoes.

STEP 3:



Deep fry the potatoes in heated oil. Place it in a tissue paper for the excess oil to be absorbed. Sprinkle salt and pepper(or your favourite Seasoning ) toss and serve hot or pack it for the tiffin box.

You can also make HONEY CHILLI POTATOES WITH THE FRIES....YUM!
