It is a challenge for many MOMs to get their kid to eat fruits. I am no different. I keep trying new recipes  to get them eat fruits. Here is one such recipe, that I made recently . So simple,so easy and so healthy too!


Milk bread - few slices.( I used home baked Hokkaido milk bread)

Finely chopped apple
Cream cheese
Cinnamon powder
Orange zest or juice( optional!
Mint leaves( just to add flavour,optional ofcourse)

Let us start preparing

1.In a pan, toast the sliced bread on both sides so that it is crispy. You can use your oven too.You can add butter if you want. I avoided it.

2. Beat the cream cheese with a spoon so that it becomes little fluffy. Add cut apple to it and mix well.

3. Add the cinnamon powder,sugar  and any other flavour you want to add.

4. Now spread generous on top of the toasted bread and serve it to your children in Style!

One great way to give your children FRUIT ADVANTAGE!!

Wanted to share one secret...I was and am a poor eater of fruits!!!! But I liked this recipe!

You can add your favourite flavours like honey, maple syrup, strawberry syrup etc.
If can skip the cream cheese and use chocolate sauce ,jam,marmalate, nutella along with fruits.

Options are plenty..just be creative.
