Chef Tips:

1. Do wear a gloves while handling the glass bowl as it will be very hot.
2. Using a tall and wide bowl is really important, as the condensed milk tends to boil over.
3. Open the door of the microwave after few seconds of cooking so that the boiling mixture settles down a bit.
4. The palkova tends to thicken when cooled, so do not over do the cooking, else it might become hard.
5. Remove the excess water from the curd before adding it to the condensed milk . More water might require additional few seconds of cooking.
6. If you do not have a microwave, you can prepare this sweet on stove top too. Add a teaspoon of ghee in a non- stick pan before you transfer condensed milk-curd mixture and keep stirring on low flame till you get the grainy texture of Palkova.
7. The cooking time might differ lightly depending upon the microwave you are using.

Happy Cooking !

With love,
