HUMMUS KEBABS

Hi SUPERMOMS,
Innovated this recipe myself.As it was liked by by kids am sharing the recipe with all of you.




This is a high protein snack .
Soak the Chole overnight and pressure cook it upto 6 whistles.Drain the water  ,add a tsp of lime juice and grind it into a smooth paste. You can add bread slices inside the paste so that the extra water is soaked up. Add your favourite masalas in the mixture and arrange them on the tooth pick as shown in the picture. shallow fry them and they are ready to be eaten as a starter or can be packed for tiffin. 
It is a filling snack as it is very high protein food.
