Hi SUPERMOMS,
This is one of my son's favourite breakfast combination. It takes just 15 minutes to get this protein rich and tasty breakfast on the table. The recipe is inspired by Flury's Restaurant in Kolkata.
I have used the canned baked beans which already has tomato sauce. If you are boiling the beans at home, use generous amounts of fresh tomatoes.You can purée the tomatoes and sauté them along with green chillies. Simple, hearty and delicious breakfast ready in minutes!

Beans On Toast :
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time : 15 minutes
Serves : 4
1 Cup = 250 ml Cup
Ingredients :
1 Can Baked Beans OR 1 Cup beans ( soaked and boiled until soft)
10 slices of bread
1 teaspoon oil
2 tablespoons salted butter
2 onions (finely chopped)
3 green chillies(finely chopped)
1 tablespoon tomato chilli sauce ( optional)
1 teaspoon vinegar ( optional)
salt to taste
Method:
Baked Beans On Toast is ready !
