Hi Supermoms,
There are so many amazing street food recipes in India. They are popularly called as 'Chaat' - Tangy and 'Finger licking good' food. Today I am adding one more dish to the list of 'Best Indian Street Food '- Fruit Chaat. This is quite popular in Delhi and people relish it especially during summers. Fresh Seasonal fruits and some vegetables like cucumber, potatoes and sweet potatoes are tossed along with the Indian Spices and served with a dash of lemon juice. You can also get custom 'chaat ' according to your fruit and spice preference.
As it is 'Navratra' time , I see more of fruit Chaat stalls here, as it is one of the most preferred meal during this time. High in nutrients and great immunity booster, this recipe is a must try. You can use the seasonal fruits available in your region.

If you are making green chutney , then omit lemon juice in the spice mix.
2. Dry roasted nuts and seeds ( flax seeds, melon seeds, cucumber seeds , sunflower seeds)
Method :
1. Add all the chopped fruits in a large bowl.
2. Add the ingredients given under 'spice mix' and mix well using a ladle or spoon.
3. Transfer the fruits into individual serving bowls and drizzle the green chutney OR garnish with chopped mint or coriander and roasted seeds.
