Garlic | Health Benefits of Garlic

Hi Supermoms,

As you can see, garlic has so many healing properties and also helps in building a stronger immune system. Try and use a small amount of garlic in your everyday cooking. You can ever crush them ( along with skin) in the mortar and pestle and add it to the tadka ( the tempering) . It imparts so much flavour to the dish and also it's goodness .
