This is a flavourful Bengali Steamed Cake. It just melts in the mouth. So easy to make too. Hung curd, condensed milk and Indian flavours blend together so well to give this amazing dessert.
Bhapa Doi:
Preparation time: 4-5 hours ( for making the hung curd)
Cooking time: 20 minutes

Cardamom powder 1/2 spoon
Coarsely ground badam, cashew or black currant
