One more dessert to delight young ones. This is an eggless cake and you can have fluffy yummy healthy cakes in 30 minutes.
It was during one of our get togethers at a friend's place that I became a fan of these cakes. Thanks Shree for your recipe. I have tried and tested this so many times and in so many variations and it never fails.
You have to just follow the procedure diligently. And the tip for making perfect cakes is to use the same cup for measuring different ingredients and use good teaspoons and measuring cups that are available in the market.
I haven't used butter, maida and eggs in this cake...yet it is so soft and yummy. You can bake this as a cake ( using a cake pan) or as a loaf .
