A simple trick (tip) to make your Idly/Dosa more crispy,tasty ,healthy and fluffy.
Firstly add two spoons of methi seeds along with Urad dal while soaking it . Methi seeds are coolants and have a lot of health benefits.
Secondly,soak half a cup of poha and 4 teaspoons of sabudana along with the rice .
Try this tip and taste the difference!!
