As promised am updating today's TIFFIN BOX RECIPE. A protein rich snack and an easy way to make children eat their greens. You can adjust the salt and spices according to your taste. I have omitted o write about salt in the collage. Do add salt to the batter. Also grind the batter without adding water. Since the moong has been soaking overnight their is enough moisture in the dal itself. The vadas will turn out to be so soft and fluffy. This is a filling snack.
You can pack the tiffin box with pakoras and ketchup or if your child loves pudina,you can send pudina chutney in a small zip lock cover. I sent it with left over packets of Mc D's ketchup....it comes handy ...
