Vindaloo Vegetable Masala | Vegetables In Vindaloo Masala | How to make Vindaloo Masala | Stepwise Pictures | Side dish for Chapathi/ Rotis

Hi Supermoms,

Trying different recipes as side dish to Indian flatbreads like phulka/paratha/chapathi is always fun as well as challenging. Recently I tried a dish that was so tasty. It is called Vindaloo.  Though this is a non vegetarian dish,  I have created  a Vegetarian Version .

It turned out brilliantly textured and the taste was simply lip smacking and perfect side dish  too.

Do try and you are sure to love the taste. You can adjust the spice levels according to your family taste preferences.
