Urulai Masala Sadam | Baby Potato Masala Rice | Gluten Free and Vegan Recipe

Urulai Masala Sadam

Hi Supermoms,

I am so happy to present this rice recipe to you.  Regular experimentations in my kitchen for the last few years has led to this recipe. I have tried various combinations with baby potato and this recipe is a keeper. You can pack it for school /office lunch box also and it tastes even more tasty when they are eaten cold.

Also, the list of masalas is minimum . The only challenge in this recipe is boiling and peeling the baby potatoes. If you have crossed that step ( get some help from your sous chef 😁) , then making this Urulai Masala Sadam is so easy and enjoyable too.
