Hi Supermoms,
India's biggest festival ' Diwali'- the festival of lights is around the corner. And Mithai/Sweets are an integral part of the celebration. Sharing sweets with friends and family is such a beautiful custom during Diwali.
To bring freshness to the festival, this year I am sharing new sweet recipes with you all that will be easy and will also impress your friends and family.
Today, I am sharing the popular 'Rasmalai' recipe with a twist that you will simply love. I know that making the traditional rasmalai recipe is so tedious and time consuming . Also, the results are not guaranteed.
Having all this in mind, I am so happy to present " Chocolate Rasmalai' using Pillsbury Rich Choco Oven Cake Mix . You can bake an amazingly soft cake in just 20 minutes . While the cake is baking, you can prepare the ras or the reduced milk . How easy can this get?
Once the cake cools, cut them into desired shapes and soak them in the dry fruits rich malai. Chill the dessert for thirty minutes and serve your guests.
This is fast becoming a favourite at home. I am sure you are tempted to try. Now, let's jump into the recipe .
