Today, I am sharing a simple and tasty everyday dal that I make using a freshly ground coconut masala.
We call it ‘Keerai Kootu’ at home. You will be amazed by the simplicity of the recipe and taste. Whenever you decide to make dal with spinach, try this recipe . It is so refreshing yet so simple to cook.
A great way to add spinach to your diet. You can serve this along with rice , millets or flat breads of your choice.
I would like to share more about this Kootu with all of you but I need to get back to my kitchen to cook lunch for my family. I am sure all of you can understand that due to the lockdown restrictions, the work load on all of us has increased .
