Hi Supermoms,
Hope you have all been well.
Last few weeks I have been cooking and sharing many recipes on my social media handles and could not find time to update those recipes here on the blog. Well I am back and I intend to keep updating all the recipes on the blog too. So do keep visiting my blog. It is your love and encouragement that motivates me to keep adding recipes to the blog.
The recipe I am sharing in this blog post is a super tasty snack that your family is going to love, "Paneer Bread Rolls". The crispy bread and the soft and tasty paneer is an irresistible combo. You can serve them at tea time or as a party snack too. You can even pack them in lunch box and delight your children.
The recipe is really simple. You just need bread slices and paneer. The filling is easy to make. You just need to mix crumbled paneer with spices and herbs. Best part is, you can prepare the rolls can keep them frozen ahead of time. Just before serving you can take them out and fry them.
You can deep fry the rolls or brush the rolls with ghee or oil and air fry them too. If you are vegan, just substitute tofu instead of paneer. Tastes amazing. Do give it a try . You are sure to receive a lot of compliments.
