We all know that Sesame seeds is an excellent source of calcium. So are flax seeds, pumpkin seeds,sunflower seeds and cucumber seeds. It is most ideal to add them in your daily diet. A best way to use them in your daily cooking is to add a little of these 'SEEDS OF LIFE' along with mustard or jeera while you do TADKA(spluttering ) for your vegetables/dal/sambar etc.,
This also adds to the taste of the dish.
