Hi SUPERMOMS,


It is a good idea to pickle few vegetables when they are in season. I have been doing this with chillies as they add unique flavours to the dishes we cook. Recently purchased Jalapeno and paprika. They were so fresh.


To enjoy these for a longer time, I cut them into discs and filled them up in glass jars( I did'nt have one handy, so used plastic odour free ones). Pour Vinegar into the jar so that it soaks up the chillies . Refrigerate and use it to flavour your food!




This is much better than store bought ones!
