Made this easy Chana Chaat Salad for dinner yesterday and it was so tasty 😋.
It is an easy to assemble Chaat cum Salad.
Two delicious dishes combined into one. It is so colourful, crunchy and wholesome. You can customise the vegetables, fruits and the namkeen/mixture/puffed rice or toasted bread varieties you would like to use in the salad. It is a complete meal by itself.

Chana Chaat Recipe By Masterchefmom
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Serves:4
1 cup = 250 ml cup
Ingredients:
1 cup chickpeas (boiled)
1 small potato ( boiled and cubed)
1 tomato ( finely chopped)
1/4 cup English cucumber ( finely chopped)
1/4 cup bell pepper ( mixed colours)
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
Orange slices🍊 (optional)
Dressing :
Juice of 1 lemon (adjust according to taste)
2 tsp olive oil
1/8 teaspoon chaat masala
1/8 teaspoon chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon roasted jeera/cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon jaggery powder or sugar
Salt to taste
To garnish :
Dressing sev
