Hi SUPERMOMS,
This mousse is a prize winning dessert in my daughter's COOKING WITHOUT FIRE competition.
My daughter was so impressed with her friend's recipe that she came home and recreated the dish.
The taste was awesome. A must try!
I used readymade Britannia cake . For one glass used 3 small slices of cake- crushed form.
