Hi Supermoms,
How many of you like variety rice dishes?
I just love them as they are easy to make with very less preparation time and are so handy especially on days you are out of vegetables at home.
Also, I serve a small portion of a variety rice as a part of our Traditional Lunch Thali . Yesterday, I served this Mustard rice/ kadugu Sadam as a part of our lunch. And it was so yummy. On popular demand, I am sharing this recipe.
It is a great lunch box/tiffin box dish too. You can even pack it for your travel. Drizzle a teaspoon or two of sesame oil if you are packing them.
